Prices vary depending on apartment (upstairs/down) and the number of people living there since it does include water, sewage and trash removal.       Ivy Lane Apartments, LLC was formally owned by StoneBrook of Butler, as of March 2015 it is under new ownership and management. The new owners have done several updates over the last 9 months such as, New Roofs and Stairs, Security Cameras, Landscaping Maintenance and Several Remodels within the Apartments as well. If you are looking for a One or Two Bedroom Apartment in a nice quiet community, give us a call and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
