I'm very disappointed that you're not available for handicap transportation on the holidays. Without local independent taxi service available now, and your service closed on this day, my mother-in-law (and many others) will not be able to attend the family Thanksgiving gathering. That's very disturbing since this may be her last. I'm sure you could find someone to drive the van on these special day's. We (and others) would donate well to this service and the driver. Please give this some consideration in the future.
