This store is so mis-managed it is sad. you have customers standing around with their money in hand and cant get the product they want because they never order enough and taking product they dont want to get by. i never saw a store that has good product you cant get because they never have enough.

It took this place 3 weeks to get wicks for a pipe i bought from them. does anyone know a home office to this place i can talk to ? i am sure they would like to sell stuff if their incompetant manager dont !

They get a 2, only due to a good selection. Other than that your lucky to catch an employee working that has knowledge of their products. Recently bought a defective battery, went back 2 days later, and was told zero return policy, receipt or not!!! Don't sell products you don't stand by!! Spent good money there, but guess time to find a different company :(
