so i have had many problems with my delivery ,but i ask my next door neighbor did he get his water bill he said he would see and yes he had his and mine !so now im late,lost water bill in January i had to pay for a copy.if i am lucky mail in wrong box get brought to me by a [person at different address i have to put missed place mail in other peoples boxes.why do we have to know each others business ,this is a constant thing when our regular mail carrier is working she gets it right!i get hit with late charges because you can not find people who can read numbers.so i have switched most over to paperless payment less stamps no late charges .this is why i know longer trust my postal carriers.i have packages all the time not show up the neighbors must keep it!
