Wow ... David won me over to Genz-Ryan for life! OK--well last year we also did get a great new bathroom remodel from Genz-Ryan and their sister company Inspirations Design that we are very happy with. But for regular plumbing issues, we had been using another company (initials A.M.) and was involved in their membership program. That is until they came to fix a shower faucet issue, quoted us $1300 and then couldn't even fix it. They left and told us we would have to knock out the wall to give them better access. We called Genz-Ryan and David had the problem fixed in about an hour without knocking out the wall and at a price that was 25% of the other company's quote!! And David was a great guy too! Needless to say--we're very happy with Genz-Ryan and with David.

I needed to restore water to my residence. Was very pleased with service and timely completion of the job. Very professional. Little expensive but the service is worth it.

Zach Maroushek provided supreme customer service. He explained everything during the water heater flush and point inspection. He went above and beyond! Knowledgable, friendly, professional and personable. Great work Zach! Thank you for taking such good care of my appliance.

Loren was friendly and respectful. He was very talkative but I prefer directness and not so much friendly banter. He explained what he was doing and seemed to know what to do. Overall a good experience.

Noah was on time, very friendly, discussed with me the problem so I new just what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He had to wait for the piece to be delivered to fix it and so he worked at cleaning the furnace. Tom from Genz Ryan is a great service technician and I trusted him right away. He easily took care of the issue that I called Genz Ryan out for. He also carefully looked over several things in my basement, we talked through the presented the options and I didn't feel pressured like he was trying to "oversell" me anything. One thing that I would keep in mind is that Genz -Ryan is a premium Plumbing-Heating-Air Conditioning company. It very much seems like they completely stand by their work. But, I would say if the cheapest pricepoint is your primary concern, you might look somewhere else.
Genz Ryan did an excellent job quickly determining the problem with our furnace and fixing it in a very professional manner.
Noah did a great job fixing the problems with my system. He also explained what he was doing and why he was doing it---this helped me understand the heating system better in my house. He was neat and orderly---used shoe covers since there was snow outside. Overall, good experience.

Our furnace was out. Jeff P. was an excellent technician. He was very conscientious and thorough in his work. As a communicator he was polite, patient and articulate. We were very impressed!

Courteous, professional, delivered the service efficiently.
This is the second time Justin has been at our home. He is profoundly pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable as he counsels us on our Air-Conditioner and Furnace maintenance programs. I regret that this is our first review; but, Justin is a GEM. Bill and Barb Burg
Noah F did a great job tuning up my furnace. I have more heat coming out of the vents now! And he good at explaining things to me, and was courteous and respectful. Thanks Noah! Brian was very thorough and did a great job installing my bathroom faucet, fixing the shutoff valve for the toilet, replacing piping under the sink, cleaning out the sink drain and explaining my choices before he started. He has another appointment set up to install a new toiled and I hope it is he who they send. A very polite young gentleman.
