General Info

Ferman Law, PLLC is a U.S. immigration and nationality law firm. Through the immigration process, we help couples and families be reunited. In addition, we help international companies transfer employees to the U.S. while also helping U.S. employers obtain the appropriate types of work visas for foreign nationals they wish to hire. Once in the U.S., we advise individuals on how to maintain or change their immigration status. We represent U.S. permanent residents applying for naturalization as well as other individuals who have a claim to U.S. citizenship through a parent. For those U.S. citizens who no longer wish to have U.S. citizenship, we can assist with the renunciation of their U.S. citizenship.
