This was our first experience at purchasing a mobility van; so, we needed someone who was knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful in taking us through this process. We visited many other dealers, but received poor customer service. Then we visited Cummings Mobility in Burnsville, MN., and met Dan. He, and his office staff, were very friendly and helpful in explaining the operation of the mobility equipment on the van. The van needed some specific adjustments to fit the wheelchair my wife uses. Dan ordered parts and made the adjustments necessary for my wife's wheelchair. Then, he explained the changes he made and went over the operation of the equipment again. Since ownership of a mobility van was a new experience for me, I was very relieved when Dan said, "If you have any questions, just give me a call." I felt that Dan was really committed to customer satisfaction. (5 stars)
