i wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else

We have purchased three cars from this company in the past 2 years. The first was a 2001 Chevy suburban. Then we purchased a 2001 Ford Escort. Both cars were reviewed by Burnsville motors to be in good shape. We did not purchase the extended warenty on the suburban and the tansmission went out after owning the truck a year. Most recently the 2001 Ford transmission went out along with other important componants of the car. For this instance they gave us $1800 towards the Ford which we used to purchase a 2006 Dodge. We hope to have better luck with this vehicle. Nice group of people to work with.

Very happy with the service we have received over the years. We have been taking our cars in for service for a little over 2 years and have always had great customer service, and we never have had any issues with the repairs. Recently we decided to purchase a car from them and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Bryan was our salesperson and he was very helpful and friendly. They had just taken the car we bought in on a trade in and it had not been inspected yet, but we knew that if anything was wrong with the car they would make it right. We signed the papers and took the car home, and brought it back the in the next day for inspection. They ended up giving me a loaner car for the night so they could replace the brakes. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I was very impressed with this dealership working with me though my credit wasn't the greatest. I was pleased with the vehicle purchase and the value if my trade-in. I also utilized the service area which was trustworthy and did a great job on my vehicle. I would totally recommend this dealer to others!

Bryan was able to sell a vehicle that was not really in his purview and to do a good job at it. We like the car and hope to keep it for many years. I would go back to Burnsville Motors to buy another vehicle, because there was not a lot of pressure and the price was right, and service great.

I went to the dealership with a price that I could not negotiate on and was looking at a vehicle that was out of my price range. My fiance really wanted the vehicle and after explaining my price range I was suprised to find out that they would sell the vehicle to me at the price I could afford. It took them less than a hour to come back to me with a decision on the vehicle. I was very pleased with how everything went and I will always come to this dealership when I am looking for a vehicle.

With my busy lifestyle and limited time, I rarely will stop and take a moment to fill out a survey, do a poll, or answer questions about any of my regular purchase transactions. But buying our minivan from Burnsville Motors was an experience that was anything but regular. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never had an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle before. We can now say that we have! At Burnsville Motors we found it to be what buying a car should be like...exciting and easy. Jeff was fantastic to work with and not only gave us a great deal on the used Kia Sedona that we purchased from him, but also gave us a great deal on our trade-in as well. One of the things that Burnsville Motors stressed to us was how carefully they inspect their used vehicles before they buy and sell them. This is maybe the best part of what I can share, as it has been two years since that purchase, and the Kia that Burnsville Motors sold us still runs great, and we have never had an issue

This was the first used car I have ever purchased from a car dealer and I couldnt be more impressed by how smoothly and fair it went. I was more than a little unnerved to go through the process of buying a car for all the reasons you can imagine, but I worked with Geno in sales and he is a real stand up guy. I was extremely pleased with my dealings with Geno. After the test drive I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. He made sure everything on my new (used) car was in order, safe and to my liking before I took it off the lot. Tom the Sales Manager was a straight shooter, pleasant and friendly. Ted was fast, thorough and answered all my questions clearly. To be completely truthful, I do wish they filled the gas tank up for me. The gas light was on when I picked it up, but at $3.45 a gallon I can't blame them.
