We will charge you a flat rate of 85.00 no matter what it takes to fix your issue. We can do this because we have years of experience at our disposal. The only time this would not apply, is if parts are needed to complete your repair. We are Nashville's only flat rate computer service/repair. We offer you a flat rate price on anything and everything we offer. We don't believe in getting to a customers site and milking the clock that you are paying for. We understand your time is valuable and we want to get in, have a complete understanding of your problem/issue, resolve it and we won't rush you. We are not satisfied until you are. Once that goal is complete, we are satisfied and we will consider the job complete. we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your on site computer service experience. We do this by traveling to your home or office to take care of your computer repairs for you! After the initial diagnosis and cost estimate, we complete ALL needed upgrades or repairs on site, ensuring that your computer system's work properly before we leave. In most cases, all work can be done in a single visit. All of this for a price that is competitive with what any of the "bring it to us guys" charge for carry-in service! Unlike our competitors, we concentrate our efforts exclusively on home and small business computer users that want greater attention to detail and personalized service. We do not have any retail stores, which allows us to keep our costs low in order to provide you with competitive service prices.
