We've been looking for a travel trailer for a while. After much research & many dealership visits, we finally found a make/model/floorplan we liked. Searching the web it was clear NGRV's price couldn't be beat, so we drove from Colorado to Burlington for our 2015 Shadow Cruiser. Once there, the whole RV buying experience only got better. Everything was ready & waiting at our scheduled pickup time; a personalized welcome message on the store marquee made us feel special; and as we did our unit walk-through their shop was already installing our truck's brake controller & hitch. Mark (owner) personally welcomed us; Jeff (sales) thoroughly walked us through our unit & answered all questions (some later by phone); Eric (shop) demonstrated the hitching process; Tracy (finance) had all paperwork ready; and Betty (store) showed us all needed accessories. Awesome value, superb customer service, great staff, Veteran friendly business. Our experience couldn't have been any better. Steph & Herb
NGRV was a great experience for me and Carol was a big help. The people their were great and Mark went above and beyond what I expected. I love my new toy hauler and now I finally have my husband onboard with the hole ATV camping thing. This wouldn't of been possible without the great price I received from him, I looked for months and this one was a lot cheaper than anything I found, even in Calf. We're all the trailers seem to be. There prices on all the stuff for the camper were very reasonable too,be leave me I checked. I will go back for all my camper needs. Thanks Mark Debi G

Everybody at NGRV is top notch and I love my new Fun Finder XTRA-300. I ordered some custom features and everything came in as ordered and at a great price. Thanks to John, Carol, Tracy, etc. at NGRV for all their support and service. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for an RV.
Having owned another camper, but wanting to downsize, my husband and I had been doing our research on campers available to us in the surrounding area. When we went to New Generation RV, the staff was very welcoming and inviting, without making us feel pressured. We had a specific model in mind to view and they guided us directly to it and gave us a tour and all the information necessary. We knew immediately that specific camper was what we wanted, and they helped us with the trade in (also, giving us a good deal on our trade in camper) and pricing. It was a very pleasant and pleasurable experience purchasing our new camper from New Generation RV. They made us feel valuable and special as a customer. It was even great to meet the owner, who greeted us both times we were there. They were very thorough with the walk-through of our new camper and, when we drove away with our new camper, we were very happy and satisfied with it and with our experience dealing with New Generation RV. We highly recommend going to New Generation RV for all of your camper needs!

Great RV shopping experience. We knew what we wanted and ordered it off-season at the best possible price. Saved lots of $$ over other dealer prices and experienced very personalized service. Very reputable company. Treated us great. Highly recommend.

My husband and I bought an RV last summer from NG-RV. the staff there was extremely helpful in chosing the right camper for our family's needs. the one on one service through the entire process made us feel like family. we had a great year camping, definitely recommend! !!
