I went into Valley Vacuum to buy a vacuum but was confused as to which brand to purchase. Every ad makes their product out to seem the best, and none of the department stores have anybody to help. But the expertise, honesty, and service at Valley Vacuum was outstanding! The service was great, the price was competitive, and the extra perks (free services) made the whole experience a positive one. I have recommended Valley Vacuum to all my friends and I will be back for all my parts and services - not to mention cleaning supplies (they have a lot more than vacuums).

Please notice that the positive reviews of this place are very out of date. (2012) I too was pleased with this place before it moved and possibly changed ownership. I had a couple of horrible experiences with these people, feeling like they were not really serving me but just trying to get me to buy something. They sold me a used vacuum for over $100.00 and when I brought it in for service 1 month later because they had sold it to me with a broken cord, they said they couldn't fix it. They sold me a highly toxic cleaner even after I told them I have small children in my house and do not use those kind of cleaners. Then when I tried to take it back, they wouldn't give me a refund! Every step of the way, I have felt like the employees have treated me like I was stupid and just tried to make a sale. I do not trust them and feel like they are just trying to make as much money as possible with the least amount of work to themselves. Don't go here. You will be disappointed!

purchased a new vacuum from here last year. i was so pleased with the experience i recommended them too my friends and my daughter, who also purchased from there. i found the salesman to be very helpful, informative and above all honest. thanks for your help and i will recommend you to everyone.

Great selection and friendly service. Prices were extremely reasonable and the gentleman was very helpful is advising our selection for our vacuum.
