There was not one ounce of customer service or professionalism displayed by anyone on staff at the entire dealership during the 1-1/2 weeks it took me to finalize my purchase. I spent more than 12 hours in their lobby playing the waiting game. Finally when the contract was done and ready for signing, they took the honor of adding in almost $3K in hidden fee's that were never discussed prior. The car I purchased was in their showroom, and easily the most expensive car on the lot at that time. It's now been 3 weeks since driving the car off their lot, and I've tried calling and emailing them with a simple issue regarding my trunk configuration. No response what so ever. Not even a follow up call on the car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you have a month to spare, and enjoy headaches and horrible customer service through every step of your car buying experience.
