Although this company has good used products at reasonable prices, customer service and professionalism is NOT their strength. My most recent encounter was especially disappointing and wasted my time and gas when I went to their business to pick up my purchase. This encounter occurred following several phone calls (including one to the owner) from me regarding a large purchase which I requested to be placed on hold. I also offered to give a credit card number to confirm the "HOLD" and each time I was told it was not necessary. One working day later, when I arrived to pick up my purchase, my "hold" had been sold to another AND the owner denied any responsibility for the problem.
