I had bought a furnace, and the person didn't install it right. Alpine came in and fixed everything, and brought me a thermostat that would work with the particular unit, because I got a split heat pump and furnace

After reading another post I thought I would give my opinion seeing how they have worked on my boiler for many years. Alpine has always been prompt and professional. I know if I call them on a warranty issue they would be there for me. They are not the cheapest, but I feel they are worth every penny!"

They installed a new furnace for us. The service tech was very friendly, professional, and gave good advice. I think he did his best to save us money, even though it was an expensive job. I didn't feel like he was selling anything, I feel he was being honest with what was the best course of action for us.

The technician explained the various reasons for the fan not turning off. He replaced a number of elements saying they have internal switches that fail. The fan did not turn off. He then noticed that the thermostat also had a switch. It was the culprit., it only needed an adjustment. So he removed all the new elements he installed and put back the old ones, I asked him what the elements cost. He said about between $100 and $150 each. He charged for only for the house call. ( With my lack of knowledge, he could have sold me something I didn't need.)"

Andrew has been to our home on several occasions. He is always prompt, professional, and friendly. He is willing to problem-solve without suggesting expensive solutions.
