  Myofascial Release is a gentle, safe and effective hands-on therapy that reduces pain, restores function, and increases motion. By gently manipulating, superficial and deep muscle and soft tissue through sustained pressure and a gentle stretch your body can release restrictions and tightness that have developed from years of repetitive strain, improper posture, inflammation, scar tissue, and traumatic experiences.
