I can only give praise to this business! They should be called Vermont Friendly Family Pharmacy. They are thorough, timely, compassionate, personal and professional. I only wish they were located closer to my home...but the drive is worth it, and when I can't make the trip, the prescriptions are mailed out immediately. Bravo!!

The best service in town. I switched all of my scripts to Vermont Family Pharmacy after I received the wrong medications at another pharmacy. They also compound medications. Not many places do that. You may not be able to but frozen pizza or a phone gadget, but you will get the right medicine every time!

In February my daughter had her first child and was having an extremely difficult time with breastfeeding. Her nipples were cracked and bleeding and she was afraid she would have to give up and give her baby formula, which she did not want to do. She went to her doctor on a Saturday morning and the nurse practitioner wrote a prescription for a cream to put on her nipples. The only place in Burlington that knew how to make this cream was the formulary at Vermont Family Pharmacy. When the prescription was dropped off she was told it would be ready on Monday. I called and spoke with Manny Chernoff who explained that he was the only person there, was busy beyond belief, about to close for the day, and could not get to this before Monday. After I explained the situation to him he stayed late at work, prepared the medication in his formulary and enabled us to pick it up immediately. It worked wonders and she is still happily nursing her baby three months later. Thanks Manny!
