Dr. Andrew Erb is an acute care surgeon at theUniversity of Vermont Medical Center and assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM. He specializes in trauma, intensive care,andemergencygeneralsurgeryand treatspatients suffering from trauma, shock and sepsis.BecauseDr. Erbmeets people at some of the hardest points in their lives, he hopes to help them navigate the complexities of hospitalization.He aimstodeliver the highest quality care tohispatients in a multidisciplinary fashion recognizing that, in addition to his team members, the patients family contribute to their overall wellbeing.Beyond this, his clinical interests includedisaster management,Trauma, Intensive Care,andEmergency General Surgery.
