I work well with those who are motivated for change and willing to explore a variety of methods to help them in their recovery. The foundation of my treatment philosophy is an individualized approach to each patient with a focus on them as a whole person. This involves getting to know each person in all areas of their life & then co-creating a comprehensive approach to not just treating the presenting challenges but also focusing on improving & enhancing overall wellness & resilience. We'll explore wellness approaches including diet & exercise along with social, spiritual and creative pursuits. We may also consider other practices including psychotherapy, behavioral activation, physical therapy, educational/vocational support, peer/community support, alternative/complementary therapies & medication/somatic therapies. I know it can be very hard to take the first step to reach out for help especially when it involves your mental health. But if you're open to meeting for an initial conversation, I look forward to exploring what I hope will be a fruitful collaboration.
