      Indoor Air Services, LLC is a privately owned and operated mold inspection and remediation company with a focus on our client's indoor air quality. This is done with the testing of your homes air and the inspection of the structure for possible issues with moisture that could be effecting your air quality through the support of various types of mold. Through testing and inspection we can identify any issues that may provide mold with an environment to thrive. Once identified our remediation services provide removal of problem substrate, cleaning and treating the problem area. We are a full service mold inspection and remediation company and guarantee our services for the protection of your family or to aid in the sale of real estate. Indoor Air Services is certified by the Professional Mold Inspection Institute for commercial and residential properties and remediation of mold from these properties.

      Interior and Exterior Inspection: Property grading (specifically negative grade), vegetative growth, downspouts and damp substrate. Damp or moldy substrate will be tested for moisture content.Heating and Cooling Inspection: Filter, Return Air Box, Condensation Drain, Pump Lines, Humidifier, Ducts and Vents.Basement or Crawl Space Inspection: Focus on leaking tub or shower pan, valves, drain pipes and ventilation. Damp or moldy substrate under the building will be tested for moisture content.Main Living Area Inspection: Focus on areas under cabinets and in closets. With special focus on the kitchen, bathroom and or laundry areas.Attic Inspections: We inspect for elevated moisture levels and possible mold activity due to poor venting, disconnected bathroom vent or leaking roof.Air Sampling: Air samples are collected to acquire a mold spore count in the air. We offer vacuum, bulk and tape sampling to assure accurate readings. Samples are shipped to an independent accredited lab for analysis and findings are provided in our in-depth report.
