I purchased my 2012 Passat lease on 10/12/13. San Juan Smith is my sales consultant. San Juan thoroughly explained all of the details to me and my monthly payment before I went in to sign papers with Mike Coulter the Finance Manager. Mike then changed the financing agreement which blew up the monthly payment. He did not inform me that I had the option to buy an extended warranty out of pocket. He stated that he would give me 30 days to buy out of pocket a 6 yr., 100,000 mile warranty for $895 but not to tell anyone because he could lose his job over it. A day or so later he called me to come in to sign the credit application and title release form. At that time I asked for my warranty window sticker. He said he could only make me a copy. When I read the terms I then saw that I had the option to buy an out an pocket warranty. Mike made San Juan look bad as a sales consultant. We went in for service but ended up buying a new car. This is our 7th VW and we are very happy with this dealership, especially the service dept.

I had the 80,000 mile tune up on my vw. I just like to say that Flo the customer service rep. was excellent as she came over a few times to let me know how things were going. I had to wait for my car as I'm a 45 minute drive away.

I'm a parrothead and was pleased to hear Jimmy playing over the loudspeakers when I was waiting for my car to be done. There were a couple of items to take care of, so I was in the waiting area for a few hours. It was comfortable, they kept me updated, and my car was freshly washed when I left.

Sold me a lemon. All calls and emails to management have gone unanswered. As long as their wallets get fatter, they don't care about selling an unreliable and unsafe car to a pregnant woman with small children. Buyer beware!

Where do I begin?! After having been annoyed at another car dealer in PA, we went to Burlington VW and bought the car of my dreams in less than 2 hours! Our salesman, Len, was PHENOMENAL, as was the internet sales rep I had been dealing with, via phone and email, Dan. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful!
When I first decided to buy a new car I was very interested in a volkswagen. I decided to go to a dealership that was close to my home and traveled to Bulington Volkwagon. I am a new car buyer and only in my 20's and I was treated like a child and with no respect from the salesperson. They make comments about my current vehicle and tried to push me into buying a car that was in horrible shape and gave me an attitude when i said that the car was not in good shape. Obviously I did not purchase a car from there even though I still purchased a VW.
