The customer service in this and really all locations leaves a lot to be desired. You could at least pretend to care about the customer. I have to listen to a lot of complaints at my work that I frankly could care less about, but i still plaster on a smile, listen attentively and try to solve the problem. Why do I do this? because it is my job. The managers in these stores obviously dont receive any training in this area and they really need it. We are all overworked and underpaid....but how about having some pride in your work and at least attempting to do a good job. Jesus
This wal-mart is in a ghetto location and the CUSTOMERS on that side of town are pretty rude. I cannot tell you how many times I have been behind some worthless person that throws a fit because no one could activate their prepaid phone, which the person buying it does it themselves. I'd like to add that I have been in a lot of wal-marts but never have i been in one where a lot of the customers smell as if they have been rolling around in the pig pins at their homes. It is not the associates all the time sometimes it is the actual patrons that come in the store. Other than that it was not all that bad.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had for any store. After waiting 20 mintues on the cashier to correct her mistake on my ticket, another employee waved my daughter off and told her she was on break and she would have to wait on another manager to void the ticket. The ticket was finally voided in less that 30 seconds after I had been waiting at least 20 minutes. Very rude employees and I will personally never set foot in that Wal-Mart again and as far as shopping at another Wal-Mart that's still up for debate. Very poor example of what Wal-Mart says they do and how much they care about their customers. Bull, instead of getting someone to correct the problem, the cashier asked to ring up a couple of the people behide me, well a couple turned in to at least 8 or more, and the manager still had not come to void the ticket. Evidently all cashier managers take their breaks at once. Terribly rude employees on that shift

This walmart is in a "ghetto" location. And it's employees are pretty rude.
