This is to report excellent service from a gentleman working in the Burlington, NC - University Dr. store on 1/8/07. I don't know his last name, but I believe his first name is Ted. It was a blessing for us to find him there! He was transferred in to help out from another store, but on 1/9/07 will return to the Durham store. We had NEVER experienced such horrible customer service from a store in our lives prior to today. When I entered the store today to try to resolve the issue the entire store atmosphere was different. He was helping another customer, but assured me that I would be taken care of quickly. He was more than professional, had a very gentle and assuring manner. He was dressed as if he was the area manager and spoke with confidence related to my very confusing situation that brought me immediate peace. He not only expressed his help to me, but spoke so highly of Mattress WH that he made me want to actually shop there again. This is an awesome employee!
