I have been to Cox Toyota of Burlington NC on many occasions. The first time I went there it was because I wanted to buy a car. I had been shopping at other dealers and was told that if I could get the car I wanted for less money than I should go there and get it. So I did not only once but twice ( one for my son. ) The people at Cox don't really seem to be competitive and they clearly abide by the old statistics that if you don't buy a car from them, you should be very weary to have a car not purchased from them serviced by them... At a recent repair, the service manager who was a very deliberately sarcastic and in an inappropriately appeasing unprofessional manner, deliberately charged me for a part I didn't need and service for that part when it didn't even solve the repair. And to find out less than 5 minutes after that the repair was just a fuse completely overlooked and not evaluated, refused to refund me for their mistake and unprofessional inability to diagnose and repair myCar
