Founded in 1986, CNC/Access serves individuals with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities. CNC/Access is a member of the ResCare Disability Services family of companies. The agency offers companionship, in-home care and mental health services for senior citizens. It features vocational rehabilitation, early childhood intervention and case management programs. CNC/Access provides family preservation, home-based behavioral support and respite care services. The agency s nurse practitioners, physician assistants and licensed psychologists offer diagnostic assessment services for mental illnesses. It offers speech, physical and occupational therapies. CNC/Access features nutritional counseling, supported employment and long-term rehabilitation treatment programs. In addition, the agency organizes training sessions on topics related to personal relationships, interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
