Our collections, services and programs enhance the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities.Holiday Closings All Alamance County Public Libraries will be closed from Friday September 3 through Monday September 6 for the Labor Day holiday. The Friday September 3 closing is a furlough day as required by the 2010-2011 Alamance County budget. The libraries will reopen on Tuesday September 7.Agendas and information packets for Alamance County Commissioners meetings will be made available at all Alamance County Public Libraries locations on each Friday that precedes a Monday meeting.
