As a participant in the Massachusetts Laborers' Health and Welfare Fund, you and your dependents can receive health and welfare benefits. These benefits provide coverage for most medical, prescription drug, dental and vision expenses. The plan also provides a Member Assistance Program ( MAP ) that helps with personal and family issues not usually covered under a traditional medical plan.
