West Nodaway School District is located in Burlington Junction, Mo. It consists of elementary, junior and senior high schools. The district schools offer classes in math, science, history, geography and social sciences. It has a library media center that provides books, magazines and Internet access to students. West Nodaway School District has English language development, foreign language and physical education departments. It also offers nondepartmental classes on driver education, independent study, media assistance, and prenatal development. The district has a music department offering classes in instrumental and vocal music. Additionally, the district schools provide various sports activities, such as football, hockey, tennis, wrestling, soccer and hockey.
