Callander Associates is a privately owned landscape architecture and planning firm with offices located in San Mateo, Rancho Cordova, and San Jos , Calif. Founded in 1973, the firm provides consultation, master planning, design studies, preliminary plans, construction documents, and construction review services for parks, recreation, transportation, housing, commercial, and open space projects. It offers services to a wide range of public and private clients, individuals, and corporations. The firm works closely with design professionals and the community on public and private projects to provide clients with integrated design services. The services include site planning and design, regulatory agency submittals and reviews, preplanning and feasibility studies, alternatives analysis, capital improvement planning, grant research and application writing, and construction administration services. The services also include community workshop and informal meeting facilitation, agenda and meeting minute generation and distribution, graphic design and formatting of presentation graphics and PowerPoint shows, and public outreach mailers design and printer coordination.
