My wife and I entered Miranda's just before the rush period this past Friday and were met by two female employees. We were asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking area and, when we selected non-smoking, were told to seat ourselves. Since there were few people in the restaurant, it was not a hospitable welcome. We proceeded into the dining room looking for a good location, but had to pass by four tables that had not been cleared and no one in the process of doing so. I admit that I have been attracted to this restaurant in the past because of the great chicken quesadillas. It was the only thing served that I enjoyed. The enchiladas were sparsely stuffed, tasteless, and covered by weak sauces. It will take a lot of praise from people we respect before we will return to Miranda, now poorly supervised.i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
