I spend 2 weeks a month in and out of court an Judge Monk is my favorite to visit! I wish I could spend al my time there. Every one is friendly and helpful. Even the one time I was up against a defendant and very irritated with her, he was very patient and willing to give me the time needed to express the plaintiff's side of the case. I have been doing this for over 2 years now and try to be prepared for the judge and not to waste his time. Also he is hot.
