I couldn't even begin to explain the impact this place has had on my life. I feel like my old self again, my family and I have gotten closer and my friends have noticed a huge difference in my mood. I can't recommend this place enough!

I requested my medical records from the Burleson, Texas location, it had been approximately 2 years since I was last seen at their office. They inform me, my records are lost, they couldn't find them. After many calls to their office requesting the status of my records. This process took 2 months before I got a call back from them, I had to call them daily and weekly until I got an answer. However, they were extremely polite over the phone. My personal information could be floating out there anywhere now. Thanks.
