Taxes were completed this year by this accountant. Although the accountant was friendly, there were several deductions that could have been taken that were not caught by her. Our taxes have been looked over by another accountant that was willing to take an extra five minutes to ask a few questions. Now, the return that we are receiving will be more than $1,000.00 higher and the fee for the service was more affordable with the new accountant also. I found that the fee that was charged by this accountant was very unreasonable and all that is done is the return is prepared for you to mail in. There is no option at this establishment to e file with the IRS. I hope that this review will remind others to ask questions before hand and will be of some help to others.

We're not too impressed by the receptionist at this place of business. The phone was answered Accounting office and the receptionist was not what you would exactly call "friendly." Also, don't expect quick service or a speedy turnaround time. In the past, tax returns have always been performed quickly and efficiently for our family, but not here. We do not plan to use this accountant again in the future.
