very helpful and professional could not have been better. I can count on fast service and Josh was just great at explaining what was wrong and giving me the option to have it all done or wait on some. The ladies that answer the phone are always so helpful and they work to get you help quickly. All previous service has been great. I recommend this group to everyone. I have had other companies in the past until Rick recommended this group. Thanks guys......

Wonderful customer service, friendly, got right to work and didn't just stand around. I have yet to hear anything negative about this company, or employees, I would highly recommend them!

Donnie and the guys did a great job. They were supported by Chris and Bryant Technical support. They ran into an unexpected problem and stuck with it until the unit was running. The problem was not anything they created or had ever experienced. They cleaned up at the end of each day and we are very pleased with their performance. We have been with Mike Graham since 2000 and have been very satisfied. This is the second new installation they have done for us.

Josh D. of Mike Graham Heating & Air Condition was an excellent technician. He was on time for the scheduled appointment. He explained every detail of the repair/service performed. I highly recommend Josh D. as a technician and Mike Heating & Air Conditioning as service providers.-RCJr.

My heat went out last night when it was projected to drop to 38 degrees. I went online and easily scheduled a service call through Mike's website, was called by 0730 in the morning by a very helpful dispatcher, Donnie G. arrived within an hour of the call & established the blower problem, another technician arrived with the part and it was installed in a flash - system was rechecked to make sure all was working. I was sweating out the potential cost and expressed my concern to Donnie as I am on a very restrained budget. Thankfully, the part was still under warranty, and even more thankfully, the manager waived the charges to replace the blower. I can not even begin to tell you how in awe I am of this very kind act and professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team - they are efficient, professional, and caring. What more could a person ask for?

The people at Mike Grahams are always helpful from the time I call for an appointment to the actual work being done in a professional manner. I recommend you try them to see what I mean..
The service I recieved was handled greatly. He was helpful and answered all questions and informed me of what was going on at the time of install. He was professional and I have no problem passing on to others about there service and work. Outstanding job.
I was very impressed with this company, and the technicians that came to our house; Josh D (and unfortunately I did not get the other technicians name). I got an e-mail notification, as well as a phone call to let me know when they would arrive. From the start they were very courteous and respectful. They were careful to wear shoe protectors when inside the houses to keep the floors clean, which I really appreciated. :) The thing I liked the most about them, however, was the fact that there was no pressure to buy a new a/c unit or to do expensive unnecessary repairs. The technicians were straight-forward and let us know exactly what needed to be done, and the cost of the repair upfront. The bill we paid was exactly the amount of the estimate we were given....no hidden fees or charges. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or a/c repairs done!!! We will definitely continue to use them in the future!
