Parked with them twice so far. Did not have any issue. First time it was Lot 1 and second time, Lot 2 on 3/10/15. Both time service was quick. For drop off shuttle, always waited 10mins. But pick up from the airport to the island was a breeze. Didnt had to wait even a minute. Pricing is great. What I liked the most was that the driver actually dropped us off right in front of our cars in self park. I thought we had to talk to something.

Low price, good service. I used Park N Jet every time I travel and I've never had a problem. I highly recommend this lot.

Economical and well located place to leave your car if you are coming from North Seattle. The management wants pre-pay. Best to make a reservation. Use valet, and the car will be waiting for you when the shuttle brings you back to the lot. One time the automated system for calling the pick up shuttle didn't work well, but just calling the office voice line worked fine to get the shuttle coming.

I will have to leave my car at the airport more in the future so I looked for a place that had good reviews, seemed safe, and was reasonably priced. I used Park N Jet Lot-2 in mid-May 2013 for 5 days and 6 hours and was delighted with the service. If you leave your keys, it is a bit less expensive. I did and my car was waiting for me when I got to the lot. I did not have to wait to get a ride to the airport. From the airport I had to wait 12 minutes, but part of that was because I did not call until I got to the pick up point. BTW, when I called, I got a recording and needed to plug in the number on my orange receipt, so it is very important to keep the receipt. I booked my reservation online and paid when I arrived at the lot. The drivers were very courteous and helpful with luggage. I definitely will use them again!

Definitely worth the price. Used it several times, last time we opted for valet service. Our car was running and waiting for us (with the heater on) when we returned. May not be as posh as Master Park or some of the others, but the service and price was better. Will use again (we use airport parking about 3 times per year).
We've used this parking service several times; always with very good results. Last Saturday we returned from a trip, called the number on the receipt tag, supplied the requested information (tag number and about how many minutes until we would arrive at which 'dock'). The shuttle pulled in just as we arrived there and the driver asked for my name which he checked against his list - we were at the lot within about 5 minutes or thereabouts, our car was already sitting adjacent to where the shuttle stopped (by the office), I went to the window and retrieved the key, and away we went. Super.

I have used Park n Jet 2 twice with great service. Barely any waiting for the shuttle at either end. Courteous attendants who had my car ready when we came to pick it up on our way home. Definitely will use again. Nice to use the $2 coupon too!

They have good service. the shuttles are available all the time we just wait for 5-7 minutes in airport.
This was definitely the least expensive place to park around the SeaTac area that we found. We left our car there for 29 days for about $135. The service to the airport was prompt, and our pickup (took about 10 min) was very cheerful and helpful. Our car was waiting when we arrived back at the lot and was in exactly the same shape as we left it. The lot has a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee and clean restrooms. Overall a great experience, will definitely use them again if the price stays the same:-)

I bought a Google Offer to use at Park N Jet and only had to pay $21 total to leave my car at the lot for 3 days. We were a little bit late of our arrival time because we had a hard time finding the place, but once we got there check-in was a smooth process. The shuttle car came a minute after we checked-in, so it wasn't long before we were on board and heading towards the airport. The driver was professional and friendly by helping carry out our suitcases. When we returned to pick up our call, we called the number on the card and it was about 3 minutes later that the shuttle came. Overall, I would highly recommend parking your car here as you save a lot of money and reliable service.

Exellent service nice and very helpful employees ,i parked my car here 4 or 5 times never had 1 problem They dropped us off right by our airline and picked us up where we made our phone call from in reasonable time early in the morning or late at night The rates a are very good , I highly recommend this place to all my friends and co workers Sincerly Pete Vanderende

Clean, secure lot. Parking spaces not too cramped. Wife and I were running late to the airport. But fortunately, but as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, there was a shuttle bus that took us promptly to our gate. Great, prompt service. And the price was great! Under $7/day. What a deal! Will definitely use their lot again.
