Are you feeling "stuck", disconnected, or having trouble with stressors in your life? When we are stuck it changes the way we think about ourselves and how we view the world around us. This leads to disconnection to those around us. Every person can experience blind spots in the narrative they tell themselves, this creates challenges in our relationships with our "favorite people." I invite you, your partner, or children a safe space to reconnect with yourself and / or those around you. Together we will work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth which will increase peace in life.
