Quality Backhoe Services, Inc are a locally owned excavation company and have been serving Pasco, Kennewick and Richland Washington since 2001. Luis Sanchez owner of Quality Backhoe Services has thirty years experience in the construction field and has first hand understanding when it comes to customer service. Luis is a former Public Works employee who served the City of Pasco and the City of Connell communities giving him ample experience installing and repairing all that pertains to water, sewer and all phases of excavation not to mention completing the job with Excellence and Quality CRAFTMANSHIP
