Frances B. McCord Elementary School is administrated by the Burbank School District No. 111 and offers a variety of extracurricular programs. It enrolls students in kindergarten through grade six. The school provides instruction in several subjects, including reading, mathematics, science and social studies. Its students also receive instruction in physical education, music, art, and library and media skills. The school offers computer technology classes for students in grades four through six. In addition, it provides opportunities for students to take musical instrument lessons and band instruction. The school conducts a variety of after-school programs, such as, culture, academic, homework, yearbook and fitness clubs. In addition, it offers a range of athletic activities, including basketball, volleyball and softball.
