Burbank City Hall encompasses all of the governing bodies of Burbank, Ill., including the mayor s office, aldermen, building department, city clerk s office, public health department and the city school district. Located in Cook County, the city of Burbank was incorporated on April 4, 1970. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 27,902. It is located at the southwest edge of the city of Chicago and shares boundaries with Oak Lawn, Bridgeview and Bedford Park, Ill.
