United Agencies is a cooperative group of independent insurance brokers. The group has been providing personal, commercial and health insurance services to customers in Southern California since 1962. Its range of personal products includes homeowners, renters, car, boat and motorcycle insurance. United Agencies offers property, vehicle, cargo, inland marine, workers compensation, and general and professional liability insurance. It also provides health, dental, life, retirement, and short- and long-term disability insurance. The group s member companies include Mercury Insurance Group, Safeco Insurance, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, The Hartford Financial Services Group, Unigard Insurance Group, Aetna, Cigna, PacifiCare and Humana. United Agencies maintains a location in Burbank, Calif.
