I would not order on line from this company. Not only did they promise an oder to be shipped by a specific date and did not do it - they did not notify me that the order would not ship and when I called to inquire they were rude - charged me $40 more to expedite the needed shipment and then told me I was WASTING their time handling the issue on the phone! They lied about how long they had been in business (trying to support their poor customer service - I researched the truth on line) - basically horrible customer service with rude behavior! Horrible way to treat a customer orderin $230 worth of merchandise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

WOW... what an amazing store! Otto's European Import has products from all of Europe. We found items from Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Germany, Croatia, Serbia, Poland, and more. The service was great and our family really enjoyed our visit too. They were very nice to my little daughter too. We bought some gifts for our relatives back East and then had some of their great Sandwiches! Try the Otto's special!!! It weighed almost 1 lb. I've ordered online before for our Dad's birthday and I received the products within a few days in wonderful fresh condition. They extend their super customer service in real life too and were always helpful to answer any questions. The selection of sasuages, salamis, chocolates, jams, breads, hurka, desserts, amazed us. We will be back again and tell our friends!!!! We were very happy we came here and found this great jem!

I ordered a gift for my Uncle and Aunt! It arrived in perfect condition and was shipped very fast. They were quick and very helpful over the telephone. When we visited Los Angeles last year, we stopped by the retail store! WOW, the walls were stacked with tons of Hungarian and other tasty European foods. The people in the store are very friendly. The ambiance was great too. They gave assistance for my grandmother's recipe and they suggested some great Hungarian food. The Hungarian wine selection was huge! The walnut and poppy seed rolls were the best. Overall, we had a great time at the retail store and we'll order again! What we really missed was some Langos!! Otto's Hungarian Imports rocks!!!! We'll be ordering again!

We loved our order! Fast service, great prices and the Hungarian food was wonderful. I order a gift for my father and sister for the Holidays and and they gifts came within a few days. Everything was packaged right and delivered as promised! I was super happy with my order.

I had called Otto's to order a special present for my dad's 80th birthday. The man who answered the phone was nice and pleasant while I was ordering but when I asked him for the total of the order he could only estimate it would come out to around 95. I was concerned being on a tight budget that I had overspent and asked him for a total of the order (shouldn't of been hard to do, most stores have a price list). I was told that they could not give me one until the order was put together. So I called back in acouple of hours. I was again told they could not give me a total, when I tried to explain to them that I was on a tight budget there was a pause then a click. When I called back thinking I was accidentally discontected I was told they had cancelled my order and then another click. I waited until the shock wore off mostly and called back only to be told that they would not accept any order from me because I wanted to know too much!!!
