Joaquin Miller Elementary School is affiliated with the Burbank Unified School District. It enrolls more than 850 students in grades kindergarten through five. It offers courses in a variety of subjects, including science, mathematics, social studies, physical education, reading and writing. The extracurricular activities provided by the school include art, music and classes on speaking and problem-solving skills. The school additionally provides winter holiday and spring dance festival programs. Its athletic activities include football, basketball, softball, cheerleading and volleyball.
