Provided by YP.comI have bought all my vehicles from this dealer since I have been 16 and my parents and brothers have also. I will never by another vehicle from them again, they do not take care of loyal customers. I recently purchased a car. At the same time of purchase traded a vehicle in that they were going to pay off and resell. I went into the dealer to pick up my car and paid the difference between trade in and purchased car signed the papers and out the door I went. ONE MONTH later I get a phone call and the salesmen tells me that the bank of the trade in called him and said the dealership did not pay enough money on the trade in to pay off the car. The dealership in turns calls me and wants $800 more for their mistake. My opinion I should not have to pay for the dealerships mistake or the banks mistake. I explained this to them and they said that I signed a paper that says "If the payoff amount is lesser or more than the amount quoted customers responsibility" I have never heard of this before and neither has the salemen. Any case, I was going to be sued by the dealership for the $800. This is a mistake by the dealership or the bank it doesn't matter I signed my papers and paid my fee.
This is a good way to take care of the few loyal customers they have. My family and I will never buy from a dealer that treats their loyal costumers in the way that I was treated.
The customer's credit union quoted the wrong pay-off on his trade. The paperwork that the customer signed clearly states that if the pay-off differs from the amount included in the document that the difference would be paid immediately no matter who the difference favored.

GIC has been dragging their feet on my claim, it's been nearly 3 months now since the damage, yet they've have low balled me & even claimed they damage was previous to my ownership. Bob Schwartz's guys have been great throughout this whole ordeal. Just staying neutral mostly, but also stating fact when they see it. Like the dents on the top of my car were new not old enough to be there before I purchased it. This guys know there stuff! They do a great job for you & they treat you right. ����

We have been looking at vehicles off and on for years and he remembers us always. Now that is customer service. You can tell they truly care and are just a great bunch of people. They spent a lot of time with me on the phone and were very patience with me.
