After looking at reviews on yelp I was hesitant to rent a ski from anyone on the hwy. We happened to drive by wet & wild and they had two skis left, which were their premium skis. The price was still lower than the other rental places locally. The gal at the desk was very nice and explained that her prices were the same all year round. She explained all the procedures, the rental process, showed us some props that were damaged by rocks and how much it would cost to replace the prop if damaged. She explained to us what the river levels were and which area was best to ride in. The rental process was quick! Our whole family went outside so that one of the guys would explain to the whole family how the ski works, what to do if you get in trouble, like flipping it over and how to contact them and how important it was to be safe. We checked it out real good. They launched and picked up the ski. They wanted to be sure we had a good experience and guess what ? We did ,thanks guy

i.e., This place really don't even deserve a star but I have no choice if I want to leave a review. I took my jet ski in for service and advise of a mechanical issue that was going on. In my experience most places will try to identify the mechanical issues, advise of problem's, cost and wait for an approval from the owner (right). These guys completed the ski service ($150) , left a message stating the ski was ready and never mentioned anything about the mechanical problems. Here I thought, great!!! Must not have been to much of anything wrong. When I arrive to pick up the ski I was told the ski head gasket was blown and it will cost $800 to fix. To top it all off the repair guy/owner stated, "You look like your ready to go out on the water but your not going out today as he was laughing". WHY IN THE HAKE WOULD YOU DO THE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Knowing the ski was not going to be operational. To make matters worse after taking the ski somewhere else because i didn't trust these guys I not

Brian is the best mechanic for boats and jet skis in the area. Trust him and save money
