Yesterday 7/13/17 I went to my doctors visit at Tristate Pain Management Institute in Fort Mohave Az. When I went to get out of the transportation vehicle I was stopped by the Warren Security officer assigned to the office and told that I was not allowed to bring my service animal into the doctors office anymore. He demanded a certification ID card that looked like a drivers license. I told him there was no such thing and tried to hand him the card regarding service animals and what they are allowed to ask and do with them. He refused to read it. He walked away and went inside. I called the doctors office and spoke with a manager who said someone would be out to discuss it with me. They sent him back out he told me that If I took my dog home I could come back and see the doctor without the dog. So basically, they forced me to take my dog home with is 1.5 hours away and come back because I cannot function without my pain meds and muscle relaxers and they are always booked out more than six weeks. Mind you during this whole thing there was another patient in the car and the driver was standing outside witnessing the whole thing. So, transportation had to bring home then drive me back without my service dog who helps with my PTSD from having been in 3 car accident that now cause me anxiety when I have to ride in cars with other people driving. This is not the first time I had been to the office. I have had 7 previous visits and there has never been a problem. I have a rollator and I put the seat up and put a blanket in the bottom of the bag for storage there and put her in it. She gets in the bag covers herself up and goes to sleep until we leave. Unless I get anxious then I pick her pet her till the feeling passes. Then put her back in her spot and she lays back down. Most medical personal dont even know she is there unless she moves and her tags jingle. I have had them doctors comment oh my I didnt even realize you had a dog in there and laugh. I do know they a issue with a woman who brought a dog who didnt like the doctor and apparently she tried to bite one of the staff. I found it odd that the dog was allowed back in the building and she left it with the security guard while she went back in the back office for her scheduled appointment. That is not a service animal and it doesnt belong in the building. It is clearing violating the rules but they did nothing about that service animal being in the office.

Warren Security contracted to provide on-site security for The Mohave County Fair 2010, and I will say that they were professional and cooperative in all instances. The County Fair is a dynamic situation that must have flexible and adaptive people that work well with others, and Ken Warren and all of his employees that I dealt with certainly met, and exceeded this criteria.
