found my wife lying in urine and half dressed (due to it being so hot in the rooms had to buy a fan for the room) she had pressed the emergency button for over an hour when help arrived (after I went and got her) she said they are understaffed, but that is no excuse when a patient is in need.

My mom is currently in River Gardens and actually really likes being there. She seems to be getting much better care than when she was at the hospital. She says food is decent and the employees are truly considerate and kind. She is also receiving excellent physical therapy and occupational therapy--she doesn't want to leave.

My husband spent 5 weeks July/August 2010 here. Staff was very friendly. For $2 a meal you could eat with your loved one. Food was not bad. Nothing bad to say about his stay there.
