I wouldn't even give this place one star...the doctor misdiagnosed me, I needed to go to an oncologist, waited 3 weeks for a referral that I didn't actually need, Made my own appt with the oncologist, and this office would not send my records. But wait there's more...I saw Charbonneu 6 times. Each time they refused to charge the $10 go pay, and instead made me pay the $45 specialist copay. Every time giving me a crazy story that Humana said they had to charge that. And of course I called Humana and every time they said they should only charge $10.
Useless employees will tell previous patients that they will accept your insurance and make you an appointment for services they don't even provide, then change your appointment every day until the day of and not mention any of this. Then, while claiming to be a general practice/primary care provider, still not accept the insurance without a referral... From whom? A primary care provider? And for what? The services you don't even provide?
I walked into the office, and yes, very very crowded with patients waiting to see the Dr. My overall observation was impressive and the personnel seemed to be professional. Patients waiting to see Dr. seemed relaxed. I had previous experience with KiKo RN with a surgeon in the area who has since moved and Kiko is a very responsible and professional person and makes you feel comfortable and right at home. Excellent review in my opinion.
We just moved here from CA so finding a Dr.was a bit scary. We found Dr. Christina and thought a DO would be good match. Boy were we wrong. Every visit you were left waiting for over 30 minutes in an exam room while the staff were laughing and carrying on just outside the door. Then people kept coming in and saying they didn't know anyone was in there. Very unprofessional! Dr. Christina wouldn't record our CA lab results for comparison. All they want to do is make you come back every wk and get more money instead of doing everything in one visit. She didn't want to listen. She just freaks out about your tests when in reality they are improving. Glad we found someone else!!!
Office staff is hostile, incompetent, rude, and unprofessional! Treat patients as an inconvenience!! How do these Dr.s, and PA's let office staff treat patients/clients so rudely? Or, does the front office staff just reflect the philosophy of the practice? I won't be going back! Lied to and verbally abused once to often!
Office staff is the worst unfriendly, not who you want to see when you sick!!!! Staff is also not very organized took me 6 months to get my records and that's calling each week. Dr Christina is great she is the only reason I go there.
This office is terrible. When you walk in and go to the front desk the person looks at you, doesn't smile, doesn't say hello. (Think if the rest of us ran our business that way). The office is at war with Sonaro Quest Lab over who is supposed to give the patient a copy of the blood test. Neither care about the patient's needs. One of the girls was supposed to ask the doctor an important question about one of my refills and call me back and she didn't call back. I called back and one of the other front desk girls literally lied to me and said she gave the doctor my message and the doctor said she couldn't help me. I found out from the doctor she did not even get the message. Dr. Borcher is very nice but the rest of the office is out to lunch. They book 3 patients for one visit. When I left today there were at least 20 patients in the waiting room and there are only 2 doctors. Not a nice place!

Long wait in lobby and back office patient room. Dr. Christine Charbonnau displays an abrupt mannerism and instead of inquiring about your health since the last time you saw her; she is quick to deny regular (non-narcotic) meds and makes you suffer until you are able to schedule test or Mammograms instead of giving 30-day supply until completed. Turns to a long speech about Herbal remedies and disregards you because she is running behind. When did an OB become qualified as a General Practitioner anyway?
The office is usually busy, so it's best to always call in for an appointment. When seeing the doctor she is very precise with her treatments and leaves no room for doubt. She has great connections to the local hospitals and is very professional with her business. She has great ties with the community and medical world, the office is patient friendly and well kept.
I love Dr. Borchers I wouldnt change her ever She goes way beyond the call of duty for her patients
