This is a very shady business. They are contractors for Dish Network. The Manager(Richard) at their Statesboro, GA is very unprofessional. They sent one of their techs to my home for installation. The guy was their for 6 hours. He left at 9 p.m. He said he would be back at 8 a.m. the next morning. Didnt come back! I called the office and was told I would just have to wait because the day had already been scheduled and that the installer didnt show up for work! I called Dish directly. They had a tech(from Dish) call me 20 minutes later. He came that afternoon and had to completely re-do install. If you have Dish and require a call, make sure sure "Advanced Satellite" isn't the ones that come!
