Very friendly place to get your nails done and yes they even talk to you. I was there for the first time and they even gave me a bottle of water while waiting for my nails to dry and also gave one to my husband! will def give it a 5 of of 5!

Absolutely great, unlike other nail shops they actually talk to you! It's really busy on the first week of the month, so I don't recommend going there during those times, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and before a holiday. Also!! They pass out water which is fantastic costumer service, the prices are great and reasonable! 22$ for pedi, 10$ for mani, ask Lisa anything she can pull it off, from Instagram, google, or from the top of her head!! I go all the way to the west side just for my nails and I'm from the falls, that's how great they are

This is absolutely the BEST I have ever been treated at a Nail Salon in Buffalo.Will is a gentleman and he has a very large staff of cheerful, helpful people who work 7 days a week in a large, CLEAN friendly salon. Will removed my acrylic nails and Kim applied gel polish for a much more healthy result. I am so pleased that I am returning on Monday for a pedicure. I highly recommend Will's Nail Salon on Grant street right across from M & T Bank near the corner of Boyd.

I also have had my set on for 6 months and never broke a nail..I love the quality of the services and they are so accomidateing. I live near kenmore and drive to this salon because of the quality, their designs for nails are insaine and when i get my pedicure my feet look brandnew, unlike other salons who i had numerous broke nails and rushed survice..PLUS they have all new pedi chairs and the atmosphere is clean and updated...

Love this place so friendly and they do great designs .all freehand designs. At that.I haven't broke anail yet.
