Reversed my change of address for no known reason. I had to come in and fill out a change of a change of address form(only the post office could come up with something like that).It's sad but we have much better mail service at work, and that's in a bad part of town. Williamsville post offices are just plain incompetent.

I have driven to the Cayuga Road Post Office for years because of the positive attitudes and friendly smiles behind the counter compared to the dreadful service in the Post Office in East Aurora, NY.

Two times over the last few months I have dropped off my mail, once to the mailbox, and once to an inside tenant. My checks were never cashed. Meaning my mail never got there. I called to see what could be done and pretty much nothing but filling out form #1510. If I ran my business the same way the Post Office is run I would be out of business. I will no longer use any Williamsville Post Offices'.

They are by far the friendliest cashiers @ any post office, bar none. I go there although I live 15 minutes away just because of there kindness & consistency. I have visited many post offices, and most all pale in comparison. The others seam pained by waiting on customers, and even have been rude to customers, which I assume from having a bad day ! Get another job if you can`t wait on people in a nice manner, I say !
