A great group, really improving an already good practice. They are competent and compassionate. You will not feel like a number, they know your name. Despite how busy they may be they usually are very much on time.

They have no idea what they are doing. I was told that my test results were fine when they weren't. I had to have an emergency surgery done because they fell asleep on the job, and let me become sicker and sicker. I can't believe they put my health at risk like that. And it was upsetting to be blindsided by an illness that should have been picked up months before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They don't deserve even a single star.

Do not visit for laser hair removal. I know it is not supposed to be a painless procedure, but it hurt so much that I almost cried afterwards. My skin was burned and the technician just kept saying its supposed to hurt but will be worth it. I had scheduled 3 appointments and purchased 3 more, but it was so painful that I never went back.

I DO NOT recommend the hair removal at this clinic. The lady that does the hair removal at this place BURNED my skin, se burned my upper lip area really bad and she was not concerned about it at all. I can't give an opinion about any of the other services offered here but I would definitely stay away from the hair removal section.

NEVER GO FOR A HAIR REMOVAL! They burned my skin! I had a horrible 1.5 months with dotted burn marks on my legs. They never accepted that, it is their fault. They blamed the machine which is broken that day I had my appointment and me who has a sensitive skin which is not, I have a regular skin. Do not go!

I have worked with most of the OB/GYNs in Buffalo and this group is, by far, the best. They are professional, compassionate, intelligent and real women who understand women's issues. It is a big practice but your needs will always be met. I only wish I had found them before I had all of my children - I am in awe at how special they make every new mom feel. And, as a woman past childbearing years, I feel confident in their abilities to take care of my health care issues in this stage of my life. You won't be sorry if you choose them as your doctors.

Why would anyone (especially men) want to go to gynecologists for Hair Removal? It doesn't make any sense. I have a friend who is embarrased to complain but my friend has been going to Audubon Women's Clinic for about a year and has had over 12 treatments and the hair still comes back. What a joke! Save your money find a professional that specializes in Laser Hair Removal and save some time and money. This group are Gynecologists NOT hair removal experts. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing. In fact they got out of the laser hair removal business for a year because their laser broke down and they couldn't afford to fix it.
